The stewardship of renovation, as opposed to building new, is a philosophy LTD is passionate about. We are well-versed in the complexities and challenges the renovation process can entail. Our team is experienced in approaching projects with a sustainable mindset and being attuned to energy efficiency and adaptability for the future. In this project, the design maintains the historic language on the exterior while adding bright modern finishes on the interior. These updates, as well as new exterior spaces including a pool, patio, and outdoor entertaining area, are added and designed to seamlessly complement the home’s historic language.
