We are a team of makers, teachers, and lifelong learners who believe in the value of space. We are dedicated to creating unique, beautifully crafted, and lasting design solutions for our clients.

We take on projects of a broad range of program and scale, working closely with our clients to understand context and to define the unique story of each project.

We love not only the outcome, but the process of design, and it is our goal to make sure that our clients do too. Working holistically, we lead interdisciplinary project teams to deliver interesting, sustainable, and well-coordinated design solutions through the use of innovative digital tools and our expertise in material and building systems.

Most importantly, we recognize that our projects are not simply a built output that is designed, constructed, and then turned over to a client. We see our projects as ecosystems that must serve owners and occupants for their entire life cycle, and embrace the responsibility to deliver the best possible design solutions accordingly.

Our Services

  • We provide full service architectural design and specification for our clients. This is integrated seamlessly with our cadre of expert subconsultants on the project as well as the general contractor and subcontractors and specialty vendors. We coordinate and manage municipal approvals as required and lead the project team during the design process.

  • In many cases, clients come to us with aspirations and are in need of assistance in planning their project. To determine project feasibility we work with them to identify specific parameters, process, and budget that will be required for the successful completion of the project. These services often include site analysis, zoning and massing studies, high level design options, and phasing and approvals sequence studies.

  • Our team is involved in each project from conception through completion of construction to ensure the design intent is executed as per the architectural documentation during Constuction. We work with the general contractor and owner to proactively navigate field conditions and changes.

  • Interior design is an important component of our projects and is seamlessly integrated to create distinct spaces that are cohesive, align in beauty and functionality, and most importantly reflect you. We provide full-service furniture, decor, and art curation, procurement, and installation. Our interior selections often balance contemporary pieces with thoughtfully sourced vintage furnishings to introduce warmth, character, and a collected sensibility. Whether you decide to work with our in-house designer or bring your own interior partner, the goal is always to complement the architectural language and bring a harmonious, layered aesthetic to your home.

  • Our in house Passive House Design Consultants and LEED AP’s provide expertise to guide clients through the incorporation of sustainable strategies and certifications, coordinating seamlessly with our design team.
