Ocean City Beach House

Situated in a dense neighborhood in Ocean City, NJ, this project updates a beloved beach house for an extended family. At ground level a garage and outdoor shower provide space for beach days and activities. A large modern open living space extends to the backyard via a rear deck for outdoor gathering. A primary suite on the top level opens to a roof deck which provides views of the ocean.
