North Wildwood Beach House

This two-family beach house in Wildwood, NJ, required a lengthy zoning variation process but will be ready for vacations in summer 2026. A mirrored layout provides similar layouts for the large extended family who will share both sides of the house while creating a singular facade to fit in with its neighborhood context. A large front porch, balcony, and backyard with a pool allows for indoor outdoor living.
