Lightwell Houses
This urban infill project in Northern Liberties contains three rowhouses designed around lightwells. A slight twist on a classic brick facade leads into an expansive floor plan anchored by a large void that brings light deep into the house. At the upper levels, the lightwell brings light from above into bathrooms and provides a bright and spacious stair and hallway. A spacious roof deck with views of Center City and the Ben Franklin bridge caps off the project.
